The number 1 college in the country for adult learning! LAL provide a range of courses here at Stubbylee Community Greenhouses in Bacup which are free for Lancashire residents in receipt of state benefits. Recognised as one of the best adult learning providers in the country, you’re in safe hands with LAL.
Advocacy Focus
Advocacy Focus provide a voice for the voiceless. With help and advice on a wide range of issues and working with people from the local community to help people with whatever they may need help in in the socio-economic area. This really is your advocacy, your way.
Rossendale Primary Care Network
Since the NHS was created in 1948, the population has grown and we are living longer. Many people are living with long-term conditions such as diabetes, asthma and heart disease or suffering with mental health issues and may need to access their local health services more often.
Irwell Medical Practice
A long-term established and unfunded partnership. Irwell Medical Practice provide an assistant psychological practitioner and co-delivered psycho-educational course which is an award winning, initiative approach to health well-being. Stubbylee Community Greenhouses also provide placements for their trainee GPs.
